We know and understand that COVID-19 has generated far more questions than answers. During this uncertain time, Pitt Athletics wants to provide the best customer service and flexibility for its loyal and valued supporters.
If, for any reason, the 2020 season or any portion of the home schedule is not played, the value of the affected tickets, scholarship seating and parking payments will be refunded to fans who purchased through the Panther Ticket Office.
Season-ticket holders may also choose to show their ongoing commitment to Pitt student-athletes by utilizing refunded amounts to support Pitt Athletics in the following ways:

- Sit with Friends: Using the “Sit with Friends” feature, you can link your ticket(s) with other Panther Mobile Pass purchasers to be seated together. Or you can click the “Buy Guest Tickets” options to bring a friend. Tickets are easily transferred to your guests.
- Ultimate Flexibility: Can't make the game? With the “Return Tickets” feature, you can return tickets and instantly earn credit to be applied towards Guest Tickets and Seat Upgrades.
