Noticed a difference in the performance of the Pitt running backs:
At the beginning of the run, the backs were being patient and waiting for the hole to open or a block to develop before they just ran full steam to the spot as depicted in the playbook. Didn’t notice that last year.
This is one of the positives I took from yesterday’s game and it did not have anything to do with the quality of the opponent.
Did anyone else notice this development?
