the 6,000 were there because this match was coupled with one of UNC's annual basketball things, see my post above that explains it.

No offense CP, but I’m not sure how suggesting Carolina has their own ACC studio explains why 6,000 people were there. If they coupled the match with a men’s basketball event, that makes sense. Cool atmosphere for our women to play in though, and they clearly enjoyed it with that throttling they displayed

I saw somewhere that the similar game they played last year had an attendance of over 19,000.
