PITTSBURGH -- Pitt head men's basketball coach Jamie Dixon announced today that two players successfully underwent recent surgeries: senior guard James Robinson (right foot) and graduate transfer guard Sterling Smith (right ankle).
Robinson is expected to use the next 12 weeks to rehabilitate, while Smith's recovery is expected to be six weeks.
It is anticipated that both players will be ready for action when practice opens in October.
