Last Friday, Marlyn Johnson got an offer from Pitt. On Saturday, he visited the Panthers for the coaching staff’s Junior Day. And by the start of the new week, the Highstown (NJ) Peddie School receiver had Pitt in a pretty high position among his nine offers.
“It’s definitely a school I’m looking forward to the future with,” Johnson told Panther-Lair.com. “I want to weigh things out but they blew me away with the visit. It was great all around - the coaches, the facilities, everything. They’re in position to compete for the ACC, and being part of that is something I’m thinking about. They’re one of my top schools right now.”
