Well, I hate to break it to you all, but, we ain't very good. Competition level went up, and our execution went way down. Funny how we shrink up against athletic teams. They are deeper and likely to wear us down in the 2nd half. Leggett was good, the rest look awkward and overwhelmed.

Pitt did a lot of good things in the 2nd half to get the win. Came out strong and had some good dishes underneath for bunnies. Jaland going on his mini-tear was obviously big.

But I think what really did it for them, getting into the bonus really early and then making almost all of their many foul shots over most of the 2nd half. Really helped them to maintain a lead when their offense started to struggle and LSU cut into the lead

It is just pretty clear to me that other than Leggett, there are not enough Panthers ready to perform when the level of athlete of our opponent goes up. It reminds me alot of last year's Florida game. Lots of athletes and pretty deep roster. Lowe has to be better this half. We were just to sloppy and chucking up 3s from anywhere. Most of the 3s were hurried for fear of being blocked. If Corhen is going to settle for jumpers, he needs to make them. Oh, and where in the hell is Dunn???

Team looks great. Lots of potential this year. LSU doesn’t strike me as a tournament team (picked 14th in the SEC pre-season), but they certainly have good players according to the rankings. Lowe was impressive today!
