Yikes this is hard to watch. it is not very good basketball. If Montana's D is giving us this much trouble...

We play awful D and cannot rebound (edit: WILL NOT rebound). In fact, when a shot goes up on O the team runs back on defense. These two things are absolutely unacceptable.
I thought Stewart played decent defense - missed one shot on a dipper - passed up another - twice he was ignored when open for a three.
Biggest problems were bad turnovers and not closing out rebounds on Montana misses.
We need more guards who can handle.
Brown looks better to me. Had a score and nearly another. Had an impressive rebound. Kene rushed an open shot, had a rebound stolen from him, a lane violation and looks to be trying to play faster than he is able.
Brown does look to have some potential. He is a guy that wouldn't even see the floor until year 3 back in the day, so you have to keep that in mind, I suppose.
Stewart can't shoot & can't defend. The Montana guards are just blowing right by him to the rim. Not impressed with him at all.
Have to give DT credit on this one. I didn't want to believe it and had hopeful expectations.
I don't know precisely, just that he didn't think Stewart would be as good as some of his offers may have indicated.
Stevenson is a pretty good player
Get Milligan out. Do less dude.

I know we were limited on options to fill roster but there had to be a better option than Milligan to fill a roster spot. Not sure what Dixon saw in recruiting him.

Guys, I don't care that this is a rebuilding year, this is absolutely pathetic. Robert Morris would beat Montana. Duquesne would probably beat them too.
The amount of straight line drives we give up is absurd. Guys just get to the hoop at will.
