Syracuse bushwhacked Virginia tech, so it can happen to Pitt. However, Pitt is at Home and maybe Conner's last game with a few senior behind and with him. Pitt is finishing the season playing its best Ball in Decades towards the end of season I can remember and coming in at 8-4, and would see 9-4 after any Bowl that invites Pitt!!! Pitt is loaded with Coach Pat & staff have made into Star Players, Conner, Henderson, Peterman, Orndoff, Johnson, Ollison, Price, Hall, Moss, Weah, Ford, and many many more.....Pitt Pat Narduzzi has done a great job for Pitt and much more to come.

Where: Heinz Field, Pittsburgh, PA

Advantages

Offense: Pitt.
The average total yards per game for these teams is almost the same, but the edge goes to Pitt because Dungey very well may be done for the season.

Defense: Pitt.
A slight edge goes to the Panthers. Their pass defense is very porous, but the front is allowing only 98.1 yards per play on the ground.

Special Teams: Pitt.
Quadree Henderson has four return scores this season and may indeed be the nation’s most explosive return specialist.

Coaching: Even.
Babers and Narduzzi are the right head coaches at the right time for their respective teams.

Pitt really hit its stride against Clemson at the very time Cuse fell apart playing Clemson. Cuse has nothing to play for right now and can't make a Bowl. Pitt wants to finish strong and do better than 8-5 from last year. The Pitt Defense still lacks healthy Talent but knows how to defend better now especially against below average teams hurting as well. Pitt Offense is hard to stop by anyone and it stopped itself only in Miami. A Special Teams and JC Superstar send off as JC resurrected himself with his Team while singing to High Octane Oh, Canada! A Duke repeat!

Agree, an Babers is known to have practice Special Teams but from what I read in the Papers these Pitt Players they have gone from crawling under to 2 previous coaches to Mediocre Winning in Graham and Chryst to Walking Coach Pat & New Staff in 2015, to Starting to see some Jogging in 2016 in Signature Wins, to soon Running beyond again like in 1973, 1974, 1975, to 1976-89!

Several 5-7 teams will be taken because there won't be enough 6-6 teams to fill all the slots and the Cuse isn't that far down the list of 5-7 teams according to APR rankings. Babers has already stated that they WOULD accept a bid at 5-7 if one was extended

Since 'Cuse is eliminated from bowl play and Dungy most likely won't play I kind of see 'Cuse mailing it in and now really showing up. That said, I hope we don't take anything for granted: Pitt 45 Cuse 21.

On a side note it's kind of a bummer I won't be able to attend or watch the game since my local high school is playing in the Western Semi-Final in Slippery Rock Saturday!
