Pitt signed one junior college offensive tackle in the 2018 class, and now the coaches are looking for one in 2019. On Sunday night, new offensive line coach Dave Borbely got on the phone with Scranton (Pa.) Lackawanna Junior College tackle Anthony Whigan to tell him he had an offer from the Panthers.
