It sure would be nice to see Pitt continue to move up that list, and avoid the Capel slide this year. More team basketball along with taking good shots and defending hard and we could do just that. This team has enough talent to break into the top half of the ACC if it executes.

That's nosebleed territory for Pitt as of late.

And got absolutely run out of the building last night at Illinois. Some are calling it rock bottom for Syracuse hoops

Boeheim should have left while still on top. I feel like he’s going to keep hanging on and his successor is going to have a rough road to get back on track. It’s not like talent is clamoring to go to school in upstate NY if they aren’t winning.

Creep ahead of Syracuse and Clemson and that’s eighth in the conference and probably a borderline tournament team, provided we win the games we are supposed to. I’ll take it.

I said top half of ACC and tournament team. 20 wins. It's right there for the taking.

LOL. We beat a bad Northwestern team when every shot falls and suddenly we're a borderline NCAAT team again? Maybe if Dior rejoins the squad.

I want to be relevant again too, but this sudden shift in expectations is ridiculous and is why some people want to run off the football staff after a completely adequate season.

10th to 13th seems about right. We have yet to see a Pitt team improve as the season goes along in the ACC and have seen big wins early in the past. Wait and see mode here. Will be in the house in Raleigh tomorrow night though!

If you forget that Pitt is playing, don’t see the score and want to find out if we won???

Check the lair and see if JoeyDavid and Wanstash have posted on the BBall Board.

I wouldn’t say no chance.

But it’s about the same chance as Camille Kostek is gonna leave Gronk for me.

I don't think there's a single team we can't beat.. or we go into the game and say "we have no shot tonight". UVA maybe.. but it's not like they're ultra talented. Maybe UNC rounds into form, but they don't look like anything special.

I already know your thoughts on the team so I won't try to convince you, but the ACC stinks and this is the best team he's put together in 5 years.

They lost by 60 to Michigan and WVU.

I don’t think this team is more talented than Champagnie’s second year. With XJ, Champ, Toney they had higher end talent than this team. More athleticism, better defenders. Not nearly as much shooting.
