I didn't see West Layfayette anywhere close to the list. Old timers may recall Charles Smith picked Pitt because, at the time, it had a high number for Fortune 500 companies located here.
I know many college hoops kids not care one little bit about this, but it is still a good selling point.
I guess I am saying, don't sell Pittsburgh short. It is an amazing city which has made an incredible comeback after losing the steel industry. I know many of you agree with me, but sometimes I feel many have an inferiority complex when thinking of our city. Narduzzi and Capel need to send this link to every recruit who has any interest in a future beyond college sports.
