I rarely visit Oakland outside of basketball season.

im not getting this question. I go to football games in the fall. if they are at Heinz, I go there, if they were in Oakland, I'd go there, if they were in cranberry or Washington, I'd go there. why would a grown adult go to Oakland if they didn't work there.
