The 2nd option should say deserves at least 22-23 (ie at least 1 more year after this one). Messed that up.

I picked between now and March because between now and the weekend wasn’t available.
And I haven’t been all that keen on getting rid of him. But now - the sooner the better. He’s not getting it done here.
