I read the PG all conference teams. I don’t watch WPIAL games anymore, but noticeable by his absence was Speca from CCHS.
Is this guy as good as his recruiting says?

Aren't the WPIAL all conference teams selected by the coaches in those conferences?

I still remember the 5 star kid from Baldwin that went to PSU and never did much there -- he wasn't first team all conference in high school, either.

A lot of time it's based on size, and the recruiters rely on the Recruiting Sites. I heard the college recruiters are a revolving door, and based on how much they make.
There are a lot of diamonds in the rough, if you have the budget to find them.
