Poster board play calling

I have never been a huge fan of coaches using giant poster board to call plays, but should we try it. This team can't get a play in and line up in time. How many delay of game calls have we had in the last few weeks. Also using time outs to not get penalties. We can't even line up after a kick off in time. Is our play calling that complicated??? If we don't fire Watson, something has to change with this.

Don’t think the plays were getting in fast enough, and boards wouldn’t have helped. We left the huddle late nearly every play. Not even a chance to increase urgency. We were completely outcoached by a top level staff.

Also, unless they made a bunch of posters to symbolize the same plays in different ways other teams would figure out the same seven posters real quick.
