if you listen to the local and big 10 centric media, Narduzzi’s goal line decisions were derided continuously. Many of those on this site have joined in on the criticism. I, personally would have gone for it on fourth down. But I am not coaching the team. For those of you who get the ACCN, listen to the All ACC Show produced late last night. In The review of the Pitt game the analysts critcized Narduzzi not for his decision on the field, but for his decision to explain it to the local yellow journalists. Sure it’s the ACCN, and they will put the ACC in a positive light, but it is positively earth shattering to hear analysis that does not criticize Pitt for every action and decision that it makes. The local and BIG hacks deride Pitt whenever something bad happens and give faint praise grudgingly when Pitt hits a home run.
Just think about that when you hear or read reports on Pitt. It is the best interests of the local and BIG media to put Pitt in the worst light possible.
