There needs to be some real evaluations done at the program level on these topics. I believe this is the root of all the systemic problems. The penalties, lack of focus, mental mistakes and lack of composure at times. Top to bottom their should be some questioning of their methodology and accountability for each of these situations. How are you coaching and interacting with the players that this happens, are you changing it, and how are you holding players and coaches accountable? One of my favorite quotes I tell all the coaches on my side of the ball is that "You get what you demand and you encourage what you tolerate". Everyone you see a problem on the field Narduzzi should think of this quote. It has gone from a random occurrence to a real problem. The good news is that these things can be fixed. This is all I got left for this year!
