3 years or so ago I would have said Putin would gobble up the Ukraine, but that changed once the US and NATO countries showered them with tech, logistical help, hardware and cash. That absolutely slowed Putin's roll.

The problem is that Sleepy Joe couldn't maintain consciousness long enough to play a hand and Donny doesn't hold a straight flush. And it doesn't appear the West has the stomach to send its kids to die for wheat fields, expanding the NATO membership rolls, and Western banking profits.

So, here we are. Joe didn't count, Victoria Nuland had no skin in the game and Vlad was pushed to the wall. The gambit didn't quite work out the way the deep state hoped nor did Vlad's attack work out as he hoped.

Americans are whining about food prices and feckless government, and the BRICS nations are gaining members. This is not a positive trend and voters are looking for real change, not the status quo.

It hasn’t gone according to plan for Trump for sure this far but it’s the beginning of the first quarter so it’s still to be determined.

Would like Biden to have done more to avoid war in the first place and also begun negotiations earlier after the war started.

I think it’s a tough situation though and Russia just has all the cards and Putin isn’t trustworthy so that makes it more difficult for any US president.

And you are right about the basketball!!! I often ask why I do these threads as honestly, we aren’t changing each other’s opinions!
