Not only is there a new coach who is bringing a in whole different program...style, practice sessions, different drills, game strategy etc., ....there is also the getting the players familiarized with each other on the court. This doesn't happen overnight and is often a challenge for stable coaching staffs with players familiar with the program. Our several returning players might know each other, but they're now playing in a different system with different coaches and new players taking some of their minutes.

The one thing that should galvanize them is they know how bad it was last year. The fact that they committed to Capel instead of leaving should help the overall process.
All this, and there might still be more additions. Capel has a real task in front of him, but so far it
looks promising.
