I know that this has been asked and answered, but I must have missed it.
In the past, no stars generally meant that Rivals had not rated a player yet. However, after they have committed to a P5 school, they would usually get a 2* until a proper rating could be formulated. In Hargrove's case, it has now been a while since he committed. I realize that the awarding of stars means absolutely nothing of true importance, but I was wondering why nothing has happened yet.
