Especially if both Stallings and Pitt have the have everything worked out, Is Pitt allowed to begin entering into discussions/negotiations with the next coach before the parting of ways becomes official? I know that we are supposed to ask other Universities about negotiation with their coach, and wondered if this would be a hang-up or if there would be any other issues with talking to coaches.
