Question, Does Devin Whitlock have speed moves to play in this offense?

For those of you that have seen him play. It sounded as though when he walked on the story was he was very explosive and fast but too small to play at this level. Well as we have seen that is what Pitt is looking for now. So what do u think? I have never seen him play.
