Question on NFL TV

College football is my game. NFL only mildly interests me, but this time of year the NFL puts on some quality contests.
So it has my attention.
I thought CBS had the AFC as its province and FOX the NFC.
BUT now I see FOX has the Chiefs and Raiders.
Have I been under a rock somewhere?
