i don't follow it close enough to be able to do it in a way to be insightful about the recruiting targets, so I'd like to see everyone's thoughts on ranking the targets for 2016 and 2017. I think it'd be interesting to see everyone's top 10 targets for 2016 and 2017 of recruits Pitt could theoretically get. Position of need, high ceiling, whatever your criteria.
