Recruiting Classes

Pitt's recruiting class for next year is ranked 74th, marking the third year in a row we haven't had a Top 50 recruiting class. You know who has for next year? Penn State. Harvard. SMU. As well as a moribund program from Mississippi State (rated 6th best). You know who their first year head coach is? Ben Howland. So, look for MSU to be in the NCAA tournament and competing for the SEC championship over the next few years while Pitt continues to regress back to mediocrity.

Actually, they don't need to regress back because they are already mediocre.

Have seen very little of Mississippi St this year, but they are definitely playing their best ball at the right time. Will be a tough out in the SEC tournament.
