The coaching staff is able to bring excitement, game day coaching, player development, contacts and ability to sell a vision. But let's face it Urban Myers is not bring the same class to Cincinnati that he will to OSU. Some are better than other but no staff is ever going to bring a top Ten Class to Pitt. We need to take 3 and 4 star kids and out work FSU.
