Redskins' tarps

I didn't realize the Redskins removed 7K-10K seats a few years ago. They use what looks like some type of blow up block tarp. Very weird looking.

Also, the Ottawa Senators decided to tarp over 1500 seats. As sports attendance continues to drop, I suspect you are going to see more and more of this. No reason Pitt can't follow suit to make Heinz feel more cozy and less of giant bowl of mustard.

You're ripping on tarps when in fact that is simply dan synders ingenious heating system for his upper deck clientele.
