Chris with all due respect, Daniel Carter has been at Pitt for six years. He was finally given a chance to showcase what he can do, and he averaged over 15 yards per carry and scored three TDs. Yes it was Youngstown State, but until Daniel Carter shows that he doesn't have the ability to be a very productive back, I think he has earned the right to be the number two back. He has earned it through blood, sweat and tears. The guy has tranformed himself from a 240lb FB into a 215lb RB with quickness, vision and still a lot of power. Rodney Hammond is a nice back to have , no doubt about that, but he has done nothing to get this team to 4-0. He has done nothing this year to prove he deserves carries over Daniel Carter. I have never understood the hesitation by the coaches to give Daniel Carter the ball more. He has done nothing but be a leader for this team, taken a team first attitude and in the extremely limited times he has been given the opportunity to carry the ball, he has done very well. What say you Chris Peak and others?

H2P!!!
