As Ribfest (and the football season) quickly approches.......I want to develop a strategy to maximize my "eater experience". Need input from the Liar on how to best approach this challenge. What works best? Is it smell? What looks most enticing? Does rib quality corrolate with the vendor with the longest customer line? Or do you have a "go to" vendor that you focus in on?
