I'm not sure that anyone was watching Pre-Covid NEC Basketball thinking that that league deserves multiple bids. 4 teams from the Pre-Covid NEC are going dancing.

Which is why it makes sense for teams to be jumping conferences relatively often. I don't like the conference instability we have seen at the top level, but there are reasons for it at both the top levels and the lower level conferences.
