Robert Kennedy, Jeannette quarterback

I’m sitting here watching the Jeannette - Homer Center PIAA championship game. I know that it’s “only” Class A football, but Robert Kennedy is a really impressive dual-threat quarterback.

Does anyone see him as having D-1 potential? I’ve never seen him before, but he’s really slick, and he seems to have speed to burn.
