Really good find. Sanchez or necessarily any name on that list wouldn't be a splash hire, but they could be the "right" one down the road. Would Pitt fans have the patience to wait it out? Million dollar question. Sanchez could maybe bring Pitt back to its old roots of finding the diamond-in-the-rough guys, sprinkled in with some top 75-100 recruits.

Pitt will have just two options: somewhat under the radar mid major coaches such as Becker (Vermont), Moser (Loyola), Pasternack (UCSB)

or roll the dice on a hot assistant.
