It will be on the ACC digital network in places where it is not available on a local cable station. In places where the game is on a local network, it will be blacked out "on the line".

Yes and keep in mind that if the Pirates game runs long, it still remains blacked out online so you cant watch the start on ESPN3.

Keep in mind that the Pirates game starts at 1:00 and is being aired nationally by Fox, so if you want to worry about something running over and screwing up your Pitt game viewing worry about the Wake Forest - North Carolina State game running over, since that is what Root is showing before the Pitt game. Although it's probably unlikely that a 3:30 game would still be going on at 7:30.

Or you could just go to the game. Plenty of tickets still available.

In St. Louis? I would imagine people would park the same place that they always do.

In Pittsburgh? Parking lots open five hours before kickoff, as per standard practice.

Root Sports is like the Dollar General in sports broadcasting. Last year I was watching a Narduzzi press conference and they were royally screwing up on the stats they were showing.
