Please @Chris Peak @JimHammett @sherepower, @joshhammack can someone speak to the characteristics that we’re lacking in our approach or execution of run blocking? This was to be a more athletic line. Do we lack the strength at the point of contact? Is it a question of technique/leverage that we’re not executing properly? Is it demeanor and effort?
Last years line couldn’t pass block for love or money, this year it’s the inverse. I would think practicing against our defense would harden the line but it doesn’t appear to be so. Can this line be more than just avg?
