Running Back Room and a Question

who decides the back who gets the carries .Is it Cigs, Powell or Duzz.?
Also looking ahead to 2024 CBo is finished with eligibilty as is Carter i believe so we have left if there isnt any portal activity with Hammond, Davis, Lloyd and Harvison.Idk with the story is with Hammond and Davis i dont believe has seen the field and the two frosh are likely redshirts. iWith that in mind it is essential that we maintain the committments of Willis and Goff because there are plenty of opportunities for both. Willis was highly recruited and is a power back and Goff is having a big time senior year around the York area of the state.Thoughts orr answers to my first question are appreciated.

Only one on roster I'm worried about is Hammond. Something is odd, and when he's gotten in there he hasn't done much. I remember hearing about being banged up early.

Need to keep the commits. Good RBs usually play early, so I'm guessing the depth isn't all that.
