Sounds about right. I'd take 5-2 entering the Thursday night showdown with VT. That's a pivotal game. I understand Pitt has the BYE wee prior to it and then travel to The U the following week.

Time for the team to turn this season around is now. Get right with win at home v. the Herd. Take care of business v. GT and at UVa. Then, v. VT, at The and at Clemson back to back to back. The VT and The U games loom very, very large. Still has the makings of a very fun, compelling season if Narduzzi and Co. can the ball rolling and storm into that VT match up with 3 game winning streak.

Me too. Mostly because it's a home game with more time to prepare.

And, no... I'm not taking GT out of the win column. I think Pitt will move the ball at will v. GT and, while GT will score with the triple option, I don't fear their passing game at all.

8-4 at the High end this year. 7-5 sounds about right...and unless I see greater improvement 5-7 is also pretty possible.
