Is this the guy that got into trouble? Rivals has him listed as a USF commit, with about the nicest offer list I've ever seen.. Also has him visiting us on the 1/29 with a temple visit last week.. Did all the southern schools really back off him or what's the story here? I am missing something.

It is my opinion, and no problem with anyone that thinks otherwise, but it seems to me, Narduzzi & Staff really have Great Confidence in knowing the can change the Attitude & Discipline of Recruits and Players to focus on becoming better Football Players, Students, and Athletes under them and at Pitt!
Does anyone of the Lair Poster Recruiting Experts know if Salomon, Wallace and Winfield will be as good as Bryant, Fitzgerald, and Boyd were in their Freshmen year?
It is clear to me, Coach Pat & Staff really want to bolster and replace Boyd's Heading to the NFL Abilities not down the road, but this 2016 year, but I admit I do not know and any insights from all of you would be appreciated?

I have a lot of faith in Pat Narduzzis ability to mentor a kid, and his ability to recognize what kids he can work with.
I actually like where our class is at. I actually like Ffrench, Winfree and Flowers. I dont think we need another WR. Same with DB with Coleman, Garner and Campbell (who looks freaking insanely good on tape)... I think we get Hamlin/Miller and we are done. I think that leaves George Hill, who is one of our highest rated recruit, at RB?

What do you mean by that? We won't be changing the scheme from last year's pro-style, shotgun-heavy sets, if that's what you're referring to, and I think we have the right kind of personnel to run it, we just need more and better players and some playmakers. Hiring Matt Canada ensured a continuation of what we were doing under Chaney. There won't be any kind of "reboot", either from a scheme or personnel standpoint.

I would want both and Ffrench with Winfield, they all can fly with Whitehead at times too! Coach Pat will change their attitude, focus and discipline just like he did with all his players this past year.

Regarding a kid like Salomon, he made a very bad mistake awhile back. Most of my friends did shit this stupid or worse when they were 15-16, and most of them turned out fine. There is no way for us fans to be able to evaluate where this kid's head is right now. He could be another bad event waiting to happen, or he could be a kid who regrets his action everyday, and is the least likely kid in the world to every steal anything again. We have no idea. I'll trust the coaches to have done their due diligence and make the right decision.

If you look at Salomon's 247 prediction at one point it was LSU & then later Bama-This kid is like Randy Moss if we can keep him in the right direction will be a total steal.
