How cool is this? I emailed Lyke the day Stallings was fired saying I made a donation to the program to support the new hire and would be purchasing season tickets in 2018-19 to show my support for the program.
Today, I get a call from the ticket office with a representative reaching out to tell me to give him a call back if I'm interested in tickets for next year.
It seems like the athletic department is finally doing smart business practices like reaching out to potential customers. It's a small thing because my annual donation is small and my season tickets will be in the cheap seats, but I've felt for a long time now that Pitt has done a terrible job of organizing a small dollar but large volume group of donors and ticket holders that want to support the department.
