Are at-large teams from the P6 conferences in the NCAAT ever seeded on the 12 line (or lower), or is an 11 seed (play-in) the lowest they'll go?

Last year Indiana and Wyoming were 12 seeds as at large teams.
Edit: LaSalle and Boise State played as 13 seeds back in 2013. That's only happened that one time, but there have been a number of years where the play in game was for a 12 seed.

I'd take anything at this point!
Based on where the auto-bids are projected this year, I think the play in game is going to end up being at the 11 line, though if 2 of CoC, Drake, and Oral Roberts are seeded as an 11 or higher it'll drop to a 12.
Occassionally the Dayton games are for a 12-seed. But never lower than that.
If at large teams were a lower seed (13), they’d still play in Dayton, right?
It’s just unlikely at large teams end up as a 13 because it would mean an abnormally high amount of mid major conference champions at 12 or better.
