The NCAA cannot suspend him on top of issuing the most severe penalty....a show cause. What they can do is sanction the school for hiring him. And again I ask how many years will Duquesne get for hiring Will Wade? More than Penn State for covering up rape? Nope.

Lol. The Coach is sanctioned from doing his normal activities. Example: Bruce pearl wasn’t allowed to recruit off campus his first 6 months after serving 4.5 years.

He wasn't hired because no one wanted a 1-2 year NCAA ban and the extra monitoring. A school like Pitt or Duquesne, who cares about that.
