Some 1st half thoughts

-Mike Young is really good. Going to have a big year. Should be All Conference.

-Defense wasn't bad. But the biggest problem is we only created 3 turnovers. Credit Detroit for taking care of the basketball, but we have to force more than 3 turnovers against this team, or any team. Common.

-Detroit hit some long shots, some circus shots, some easy shots. We got burnt multiple times turning the ball over to them. This is a 10+ point lead if we protect the basketball better and not get careless.

- +9 on the boards. We are a much better rebounding team this year.

-This is a team that is built to outscore people, not out defend people. That is our style this year, regardless of what Dixon says. Our offense takes us as far as we will go.

Pitt trailing now by 1. The defense sucks, Robinson is still too slow, no inside D and Pitt is mostly settling for tough jump shots. This is not good and now I am getting worried.

I hear what you are saying. The offense is dynamic and everyone is a threat. The rebounding is better. But the D is still a concern. It is the difference between a good and a great team.
