If Blake Hinson was hitting open 3's at an average rate (somewhere in the 30's) I think we beat Syracuse and are right there with UNC till the end. The team is playing solid defense and getting open looks, the good shots just aren't falling. There's only so much a coach can do when your talisman is playing this poorly. Same with the free throws, that's an aspect of the game that is largely outside the control of the coach. I'm gonna be patient because opening conference play with the two best teams in conference and a game at the dome is extremely tough. If Blake finds his shot again, I believe things will fall into place. Louisville is the perfect opportunity for a rebound so fingers crossed some demons start to get exorcised.
