Somebody please help re: billing

I literally want to give RIvals my money and they literally wont accept it. My credit card expired, and since ive updated it, it will not allow me to access premium info. I even tried upgrading to annual... still doesnt work. The kick is, they gave me a number to call to help fix my issues, doesnt work! @Chris Peak can you help me with this? I now understand why so many people come to here to ask for an upgrade/cancellation, rivals customer service makes no sense, which i know is not your fault
