but as is often the case in life be careful reaching into that hole as you may not know who has been there before you....

I think the risk on the course would be very low, certainly less than pumping gas on your way to the course.

Do you watch Super 15? Two of the Highlanders players live next door to me. Unfortunately they are on 14 day self-isolation currently and the season is dead. TBH, the Highlanders season was dead already, but that is another matter.

The NZ Warriors are staying in the NRL competition. The team has committed to staying in Australia for the entire competition. There is some early betting action here as they were struggling to begin with. Betting against the Warriors is a good play.

You had to get it early. The Warriors are going to suffer attrition. They are all away from home and families for the entire season. Nice call on this, after two weeks the Warriors have managed a total of only 6 points. Will be fading until they show some signs of life, or until as you said the league shuts down.

I just took the chance to pile on Aussies. Living in new Zealand, it has becoming a reflex for me. I do think that league is nearing their grand final round very soon.

New Zealand cancelled all national ice hockey as of last week. My son plays for Dunedin Thunder in both NZIHL senior men's and U18 leagues. Both of those teams looked to be pretty good this year, and the U18s were going to be stacked.

Late last night I watched some of the Aussie Rules Football match between Essendon and Freemantle. Game was on FS1. Empty stadium. Essendon with a big lead at the half when I went to bed. That was the first week of the 2020 season, which makes it really odd that they didn't postpone the start of the season.

Ran without patrons and with measures to keep as much distance between those on track. Some tracks are running that way, others have cancelled altogether, for now. Ky Derby shifted to first Saturday in September in hopes they can have patrons.
