Still several games to play so things could change, but many guys on the coaching staff are getting the most out of their players, have the ability to make in game adjustments and are skilled at game planning. Narduzzi is very aware of who they are. The outcome of this needs to be retention of those key individuals.

The worst possible outcome would be to lose these guys to SEC jobs and have to go out and interview again for an equal or better replacement. When you do that you have to assess knowledge, experience and potential impact on both staff and team chemistry. A new hire is not always a home run. They must retain key people that have this team headed in the right direction.
