I keep reading from experts on this board that Stallings is a 'really good coach' who came into a bad situation, and was made worse (not his making) and is trying to rebuild from scratch. 'Give him time'!

I don't know as much about basketball as many on this board as I never played competitively (FB was my sport). But I still have season tix and am usually at every game.

I just don't see a 'well coached' team. The offense is really nothing more than a bunch of guys chucking jumpers. No effort to work the ball down low. No in-out passing structure. No rebounding as everybody sprints into transition D as soon as a shot is taken. What really is his offense?

Defensively, same. No boxing out, lanes wide open for driving. Baseline wide open for driving. How much coaching is required to teach a kid to box out?

These kids are young but give me a break. They are NOT well coached, offensively or defensively, even at this young stage of their careers. I see the same garbage from this team as we saw from a senior-laden team of last year. Same exact stuff.

This will be difficult, but Pitt will need to eat the 3M buyout and fire this fraud after this season. Must be done. This fan base cannot handle 2 full seasons of this and still be there, all for a 3M buyout.
