State championship with a win over Navy

Pitt's resume at 9-4 would trump Temple's at 10-4 given our SOS. Even with a win over a UGa team without any coaches, PSU's SOS is just too weak for consideration. They dont have any bad losses but their only B10 win over against a bowl team was 6-6 IU without their 2 best players.

Even though it would be a fictitious championship, it would be cool if Pitt sold state championship t-shirts or made some graphic on Twitter or something.

Is Pitt a lock for the Lambert Trophy? It has to be between Pitt and Temple. I don't think too many people care but it'd be nice since we haven't won the Lambert since Hugh Green's senior year.

I think Pitt, Temple, Penn State and WVU were all very close in 2015, and not much better in any case.

I think if they all played each other today, they would all be close games and could not predict the outcomes?

Pitt and Temple are showing the best upward Coaching, Penn State and Pitt now are recruiting better than WVU & Temple.

Penn State has the far bigger Resource Program, but Coaching is still unknown challenge, and certainly behind Dantonio, Meyer and Harbaugh right now if always?

WVU has a little of all 3 in a good Program, Coaching, and Recruiting but competing against other Big-12 Programs, Coaches, and Recruits just a tad better?

Temple is doing great as a Non-P5 Conference, with a Great coach, that coaches up their players too. Yet, not being in a P5 Conference and being a Urban University is tough to just win 10 games?

Pitt is showing in the ACC it is moving up on Coaching, Recruiting, and competing with all ACC Teams now as well as Big Ten and ND.

Others can differ and so be it!
