I wouldn't say that because I am positive probably 70% of the time. But its the negative stuff people remember and that I'm known for. Steel is the biggest homer in Lair history and it is really annoying of how positive he is. I dont know how anyone cam be that positive about anything. That said, we need more fans like him. PSU has a few hundred thousand like him.
I despise overly optimistic posters but I love curtain. The vague over generalized and vague "it will be alright" posts kill me or the "trust the coach, they know more than you" posts are nails down a chalkboard. Curtain lays it out, says that JC is gonna dominate. Love it.
I despise the posts, not the posters. We are all Pitt fans, I like you all.
Great contributors to the Lair, CFB, and Rivals, both post CFB Subjects, think out of the box, create good topics, supports opinion with links, articles, and then invites everyone to contribute, challenge and agree to disagree.

Other can differ, but I am glad they post on the Lair.

I always say that the weirdest thing about Pitt fans, and the biggest difference between Pitt and Penn State fans, is that the Pitt fan culture seems to penalize over-positivity where as the Penn State fan culture penalizes over-negativity.

Sick cultures?? why are you guys so over dramatic. Couple of posters think that Conner is gonna run over psu and we have to define it as our culture being sick.. Read another post about how adults being concerned about our uniforms as a sign of our culture decaying..
Quit being drama queens.. I think pitt could have a very good year, it's me being optimistic, not a sign of our culture being sick. I think out bright as the sun gold pants suck, its not a sign of the apocalypse. Quit making this bigger than it is..
