My availability during the season has changed, and it no longer made sense to be a season ticket holder. For three years my friend and I have purchased game tickets through Stub Hub without complications-- until this season. I have spent hours on the phone with Stub Hub, and while the Stub Hub assistants are well-trained, the process has been beyond frustrating. After talking to the Pitt ticket office I will try SeatGeek with the hope the process is not complicated. Can anyone share your experience with me regarding SeatGeek? Thank you.
