I am glad they let them play. Everyone was scrambling for the ball, it happened really fast, but I didn't see anything blatant. And, when was the last time we complained about Duke getting jobbed by the refs at home? If Duke fans complain about the calls, I will just LOL at them.
All of a sudden the Cuse and ND wins don't look so bad. Both are very likely top 50 wins by years end.
Great game. Cuse was hot from three - 48%. Assume Jefferson will be back by the time we play them. Too bad, Duke is just not very good without him.
Noticed that Coach K blew off pretty much the whole Syracuse bench in the handshake line. Just walked right past them. Classy.
Also, loved when the crazies chanted for Boeheim to take his jacket off and he actually responded to them. As much as I hate him, he's definitely one of the most entertaining coaches and has a great sense of humor.

I almost never go to other team boards, but went to Duke's. They are calm. There are no slitting their throat posts and they are just analyzing the flaws of the team rationally. I'm jealous.

They aren't even blaming the refs much. It is like the Bizarro Lair. Their fan base has a lot more hoops knowledge, and it isn't even close.

So you're saying there isn't much "I don't care what the facts are, my eyes tell me this is all because of the offense and tempo" going on over there?
This must be wrong, because ACC refs always give all the calls to Duke and North Carolina. Even when they play each other.
Anyone else notice that Duke's last two buckets by Allen & Plumlee were blatant walks? Both took at least 3 steps, no whistle from the refs and of course Dickie V was way too excited for the blue devils cutting the lead to one to even notice the violations. Typical Duke bs but fortunately it didn't cost Syracuse the W.
I think that stretch without Boeheim sealed Mike Hopkins fate as not the successor when Boeheim retires.
They also won the title last year, so I think they are a bit less anxious for success than fanbases like ours
